Atty. Torres is 83 years old, Filipino and was elected as Chairman and Director of Forum Pacific, Inc, and Wellex Industries, Inc. He obtained his Degree in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Laws in University of the Philippines. Elvira A. Ting
Ms. Ting is 64 years old, a Filipino, was appointed as President/Director of the company. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Management from Philippine School of Business Administration. Her experience encompasses a wide spectrum of industries from hotel, banks all the way to real estate business. Mr. Ngo is 42 years old, youngest among the directors, a Filipino and was elected as director of the company last July 15, 2025. He is a licensed Architect. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Sto. Tomas. He is currently the Authorized Managing Director of Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board, the Construction Occupational Safety and Health Officer of 1Sheperd Corporation and the Risk Management Officer of Building and Construction Authority (Singapore). He’s also the President of the following companies: Triton Construction & Development Corp., Altai Philippines Mining Corp., Clean Patrol Cleaning Services, Inc. and 1931 & Co. Management Services, Inc. He is also the current Corporate Secretary of Orient Pacific Corporation, Asst. Richard L. Ricardo
Mr. Ricardo is 62 years old, Filipino and was elected as Director of the Company. He was appointed as Treasurer/Director/Investor Relations Officer of Wellex Industries, Inc and Philippine Estates Corp. He graduated with a degree of BS in Management Economics and AB in Economics at Ateneo De Manila University.  He is currently the Investor Relations Officer/Treasurer of Metro Alliance Holdings & Equities Corp. Arthur R. Ponsaran
Mr. Ponsaran is a CPA-lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law, taxation, banking and finance law and, more particularly investment banking. He is 82 years old and was elected as Director of the Company. He obtained his LLB from the University of the Philippines, BBA from the University of the East and completed the MPD Program at the Asian Institute of Management. He is a member of Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Philippine Bar Association, New York Bar, American Bar Association and Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant. He started his professional career with a reputable and one of the oldest law firms in the country.  He is currently engaged in private law practice and acts as Managing Partner of Corporate Counsels, Philippines Law office. He is currently the Director of Acesite (Hotels) Philippine Inc. and Philippine Estate Corp., both publicly listed companies. He is also the Corporate Secretary of Waterfront Philippines Inc., also a publicly listed company.

Lamberto B. Mercado, Jr.
Atty. Mercado, Jr. is 60 years old, Filipino and was elected as Director. He is a lawyer and Certified Public Accountant by profession. He took up Bachelor of Laws at Ateneo De Manila University and Bachelor of Commerce Major in Accounting at University of Sto. Tomas. He served as Deputy Administrator of Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) from 1997 to 1998. He seats on board of various companies ranging from hotels, manufacturing, mining and real estate. He is currently the Director of Wellex Industries, Inc., Philippine National Construction Corp, Sand Mining & Dev’t Corp, Wanda Prime Property Dev’t Inc, CPDSI, Asia Healthcare Inc, FEZ-EAC and Bulacan Country Garden Dev’t Corp. Mr. Guinomla is 53 years old, Filipino and was elected as Director of the Company.  He graduated with Degree in AB Management at De La Salle University and Masters in Business Administration at Ateneo De Manila University.  His is currently the Director of Wellex Industries, Inc., Recovery Real Estate Corp, Pacific Rehouse Corp, Continental Wire & Cable Corp, Calinan Star Mining Inc, Dubai Gold Mining Corp. He was also appointed as Assist. Sergio Antonio S. Ortiz-Luis
Mr. Sergio Antonio S. Ortiz-Luis, 50 years old, Filipino, is a graduate of Bachelor of Fine Arts at University of Santo Tomas. He obtained a Certification in Advance Marketing from Centenary University, Hackettstown, New Jersey, USA in 1997. He also attended various seminars such as In-Between Animation in Southern Lights Animation Studios in 1999, seminar on Renewable Energy and Recycling Trade Organization in Osaka, Japan in 2015 and he became a Master Trainer in International Labour Organization in 2022.

He is currently affiliated with the following companies: The Events Hive where he is the owner/proprietor since 2012; Canadian Tourism and Hospitality Institute (Director since 2015); Arena Island Beach Resorts, Inc. Aristeo  R.  Cruz
Atty. Cruz is 59 years old, Filipino and currently the Independent Director of Wellex Industries, Inc., Metro Alliance & Equities Holdings Corp., Forum Pacific, Inc. and Waterfront Phils., Inc. He is a CPA Lawyer and graduated with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accountancy at De La Salle University and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in New Era University. He is currently Vice-Chairman/Director/Dean, College Department of Meycauayan College, Inc., Founding and Managing Partner of Cruz Altares & Association Law Office, Vice-President/Complier of Liberty Bank ( A Rural Bank), Inc., President and Chief Operating Officer of Idealland Realty & Dev't Corp and Statosphere Realty & Development Inc, Director and Corporate Secretary of Philstar Innovation Realty Corp., President of Jose & Luz Locsin Foundation and Waterstreet Realty Corp, Corporate Secretary of Justino Emilia Realty Corp and Director of Acesite Phils. Renato C. Francisco
Mr. Francisco is a 76 yrs old, Filipino and a retired Judge. He was elected as Independent Director of Forum Pacific, Inc., Wellex Industries, Inc, Waterfront Phils, Inc, Philippine Estates Corp and Acesite (Phils) Hotel Corp. He obtained his Degree in Bachelor of Laws in year 1969-1973 at Ateneo de Manila University, Makati. He worked as an Associate Justice in Court of Appeals in 2012-2018 at Ermita, Manila. and a Presiding Judge in Malolos Bulacan, Regional Trial Court.

Josaias T. Dela Cruz
Mr. Dela Cruz is 64 years old, Filipino and was appointed independent director of Forum Pacific, Inc., Wellex Industries, Inc. and Phil. Estates Corp. He obtained his Master in Business Management in Asian Institute of Management. He graduated in Ateneo de Manila University with a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He is currently the Treasurer/Vice President for Investor Relations and Financial Planning at Wegen Distributed Energy Phils. Holdings Corp and Sole Proprietor of JTDC Spinmaster Laundry Service.

Amando J. Ponsaran, Jr.
Mr. Ponsaran is 55 years old, Filipino and was appointed as the Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Ponsaran heads the Corporate Services group of Corporate Counsels Phils. Law Offices. He is a pioneer in the Firm with 15 years’ experience in Corporate Services, including incorporation, company registration, setting-up of domestic entities and assisting foreign entities in obtaining license to do business in the Philippines whether as a Branch, Representative Office, or Regional Office.

Aside from primary registration, Mr. Ponsaran handles secondary registration such as securing secondary licenses for financial institutions, insurance broker/agent, recruitment, permit to sell securities, registration of investments with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, registration with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Board of Investment and HLURB. He provides support services in corporate acquisition, restructuring and re-organization, merger and consolidation (his recent involvement being the consolidation of a Thrift Bank).

He also provides support for securities registration and listing, corporate due diligence and handles registration work with Registry of Deeds. Mr.Ponsaran is a graduate of the University of San Agustin- Major in Finance/Marketing and studied law in Arellano Law School and thereafter in Philippine Christian University.

Atty. Dorothy Jean M. Aclan
Ms. Aclan is 32 years old, graduated from San Beda College-Manila with Bachelor of Science in Legal Management in 2014. She completed her legal education and received her Juris Doctor Degree at the San Beda College-Alabang. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022.

She is currently working as an Associate Lawyer at Corporate Counsels Phils. Law Offices (CCP). Prior to joining CCP, she worked as a paralegal at Mayo Law Office which specializes in legal services to people and businesses. She also worked as an Associate Lawyer at M.R. Dimaano Law Office in Batangas, a law firm which specializes in civil and criminal cases.

In law school, she was a core member of San Beda College-Manila Centralized Bar Operations, an organization composed of student volunteers charged with task of providing academics and logistical support to bar candidates.

 Ms. Aclan handles litigation proceedings involving criminal, civil, and family disputes and special proceedings before trial and appellate courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and other agencies.  She also provides legal assistance to corporate concerns such as applications, submissions, and compliance to concerned government agencies.
